Niven Condo Management

Niven Condo Management was founded in response to the recognition of significant shortfalls in the condominium management sector. Many firms utilize a single manager to oversee anywhere from 8 to 12 corporations at a time, making it nearly impossible to provide each property with the level of attention and service they deserve.

At NCM we believe that the highest standard of service should be at the forefront. That’s why we intentionally limit the number of corporations we work with, to fully dedicate the time, care, and expertise each one needs. Our mission is to provide a more focused, responsive, and high-quality approach to condo management. It’s about more than surface-level service—it’s about investing in your long-term success.

We’re dedicated to offering a hands-on, customer-first approach rooted in integrity, professionalism, and accountability. We build strong relationships, earn trust, and deliver service that goes beyond expectations—because reputation matters, and so does every client.
