Joining NCM

We understand that the process of selecting a new management firm can be tedious, here’s what you can expect following your initial submission:

We begin by scheduling a friendly, informative conversation. We take the time to understand why your board is considering a change and learn more about your past experiences—from what was appreciated about your current/previous management to what hasn’t quite met your expectations.

1. Our first chat

Key details including but not limited to: building size, age, and type; the corporation’s financial health and budget overview; any ongoing or upcoming major projects plus the particulars of current challenges and/or pain points.

2. We gather the details

If it appears that we could be a good fit, we’ll request to review the following documents: governing documents (ex., Declaration, Bylaws, Rules), recent board meeting minutes, your most recent financial statements and reserve fund study and your current budget.

3. Review of relevant materials

Once all information is submitted, we’ll prepare and present a customized management proposal and contract—tailored to the unique needs and expectations of your community.
